My guest on today’s episode is Paul LaLonde. Paul is a deliberate HR professional with a passion for the nonprofit sector. Currently, Paul serves as the VP of HR for CEDA of Cook County in Chicago, a Community Action Agency that provides services to low-income and at-risk individuals. He believes philosophy is a difference-making pursuit in life and business. Learning, teaching, and being of service to others is his purpose. He is an avid reader and writer and publishes regularly on his blog.
